The Dog Owners of Greater Scarborough is a group that has been organized to help educate and enforce the present ordinances that have been enacted by the Town of Scarborough.
We are asking that people, whether Citizens of Scarborough or not, dog owners or not, to join with us to protect the right of access to public areas within the Town of Scarborough.
